The founder and owner of the detective agency is Mario Frlan, holding a degree in criminology and up to retirement employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Counter-Intelligence Agency.

During his career as police detective in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Counter-Intelligence Agency, Mr. Frlan held following diverse crime force duties: organized crime prevention, general crime (crimes against property), drug abuse as well as undercover dodging, and while officer in the Counter-Intelligence he executed tasks pertaining to the Agency.

He also held a number of relevant duties in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Counter-Intelligence Agency in the following positions: department head, department chief, center deputy chief and center chief.

He attended professional education and specialization courses at home and abroad, successfully completing a number of seminars and courses (FBI, ILEA, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, special crime-related duties, organized crime, drug smuggling and other).
